About the founder

Amrosolutions was registered in the year 2007. It was started by a well experienced professional from the valve industry, V.K.Ramakrishnan. He started his career in 1976 at Instrumentation limited (First Control valve company of India).  Mr. Ramakrishnan was in the project establishment team of Fluid Control Research Institute a world class laboratory dealing with flow calibration and flow products. He was on deputation for this project by UNIDO from 1982 till1987. In 1996 he moved to KSB, Coimbatore, India  in their valve division as product design in charge. Year 1999 he went to Kuwait to set up Dresser Green Tag Center (GTC) for a Kuwaiti franchisee  (WIASC). He worked as General manager for over 13years. This GTC is the first certified safety relief valve servicing and testing center in the Middle East. Apart from safety relief valve GTC was also a valve automation center. Other activities included, turn around support on valves to refineries, Oil and gas, power and petrochemical industries. Later in the year 2013 he moved to India and was the Executive Director for Unicorn Valves Private Limited, manufacturing control valves. The manufacturing plant was established and made it operational by him. He left Unicorn Valves Pvt. Limited in beginning 2019. Subsequently many consultancy jobs were executed. Till April 2020 jobs done includes valve design ,actuator design, Layout design and contract documentation for a valve expansion project. Mr. Ramakrishnan has abundance knowledge and practical experience and can relate any product/process  issues with design, engineering, procedural issues and other system related issues.
